[CF-metadata] Standard Name Table - GRIB column

The E numbers indicated ECMWF Grib codes. However, this is all more than a
decade old and they may be wrong. I think the GRIB and PCMDI equivalences
should now be removed from the standard name table. I hope there exist other
equivalence tables available that are kept up to date.
