[CF-metadata] access to trac?

Greetings,

I wish to have access to the CF-Metadata trac so I can respond to the
CRS/WKT ticket at https://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/69

In the following page it is said that one has to contact webmaster-a-pcmdi
http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/discussion/about-the-cf-trac-ticket-system

I have sent an email more than a week ago and I haven't got a response
- is this the normal procedure for getting access to trac?
