[CF-metadata] New CF checker tool available

The CF-checker already on the CF website at
  http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/conformance/compliance-checker/
checks the file is consistent with the CF conformance document at
  http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/conformance/requirements-and-recommendations/
This document is a digest of the requirements and recommendation from the CF
conventions document. It would be helpful to know what further checks your
tool makes. Do you think the conformance document itself is not sufficiently
rigorous, for instance?
