[CF-metadata] proposal for new standard names

Dear Tomoo

These names looks OK to me, except I'd suggest due_to_cloud_microphysics
instead of just due_to_microphysics, in order to be more explicit; in any
case, "cloud microphysics" is a commonly used phrase. Standard names are all
lower case, so bergeron_findeisen, rather than Bergeron_Findeisen.
