[CF-metadata] Standard name for peak wave period

Dear Jenny and Roy

Would it be correct to describe
  sea_surface_wave_period_at_wave_energy_peak
as
  sea_surface_wave_period_at_maximum_variance_spectral_density
which would be more consistent with the existing names?
