[CF-metadata] A typo in cf-conventions.pdf?

Hello,

The overview (section 1.3) in cf-conventions.pdf from http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/documents/cf-conventions/1.4/
  states that

"We recommend that the NUG defined attribute Conventions be given the
string value "CF-1.2" "CF-1.3" to identify datasets that conform to
these conventions."

("CF-1.2" is crossed out in the sentence above.)

I.e. my question is: shouldn't that say "CF-1.4" instead of "CF-1.3"?

Should we use "CF-1.3" or "CF-1.4" in our datasets following these
conventions?

Thank you!
