[CF-metadata] new names for AeroCom - remaining

Dear all,

I would like to suggest new names for aerosol model intercomparisons in
the frame works of AeroCom, HTAP and AC&C.

In this last email the remaining names are listed:

cell_height

hygroscopic_growth_factor_of_aerosol
Explanation:
The hygroscopic growth factor is defined as the ratio of the diameter of
a spherical particle when it is exposed to dry conditions to that at
humid conditions. The relative humidity to which the variable refers
must be given as a scalar coordinate.

potential_temperature_difference_between_700hPa_and_1000hPa
I am not sure if this is a good name, and would appreciate suggestions here.
