[CF-metadata] new names for AeroCom - cloud properties

Dear all,

I would like to suggest new names for aerosol model intercomparisons in
the frame works of AeroCom, HTAP and AC&C.

In this second email names related to cloud properties are listed:

cloud_droplet_effective_radius_at_liquid_water_cloud_top
cloud_crystal_effective_radius_at_ice_cloud_top
-> or
effective_radius_of_cloud_droplets_at_liquid_water_cloud_top
effective_radius_of_cloud_crystal_at_ice_cloud_top
-> is the prefix atmosphere_ needed?

atmosphere_number_concentration_of_condensation_nuclei_in_air_at_liquid_water_cloud_top
atmosphere_number_concentration_of_condensation_nuclei_in_air
atmosphere_number_concentration_of_cloud_droplets_in_liquid_water_clouds

liquid_water_cloud_area_fraction
ice_cloud_area_fraction
