[CF-metadata] standard names for chemistry

Dear Martin and Philip

I am not quite sure I understand options (i) and (ii). I think that the
standard name (mole concentration, mass concentration, etc.) defines the
physical units. The species does not; it just fills the gaps in the standard
name where species are allowed. If any species could be inserted in the gap,
that might not make chemical sense, but it would have the right units!

I agree that
> "mass_fraction_of_water_vapour_in_moist_air"
would be clear - isn't this what specific_humidity means?
