[CF-metadata] fixed sensors, depth, datum

Dear All,

Just to throw into the pot that there are datums important to sea level data that are neither geoids nor ellipsoids such as Ordnance Datum Newlyn or Normaal Amsterdams Peil that are carefully levelled chunks of metal set into something solid.
