[CF-metadata] Usage of integral_of_Y_wrt_X

Dear Heiko

The pattern integral_of_Y_wrt_X is in the guidelines for construction of
stdnames. You have to request each name that you need, but they'll all follow
this pattern so they should be accepted without problems. You can send the
proposals for new standard names to this email list (you could do it on trac
if you like, but so far we have not used trac for standard names).
