[CF-metadata] CF server upgrade

CF Community -

We have upgraded the web server hosting the CF website and Trac system.
This should alleviate the "blank screen" problem many people have
experienced with the Trac system in one form or another. Please let us
know if you experience any glitches - overall the performance of the new
server should be noticeably better.
