[CF-metadata] Standard name table update

Dear Alison,

Thank you very much for this update!
There was however a small mistake in my table which is now transferred
to your list, I am sorry for this. Instead of
mass_fraction_of_secondary_organic_matter_dry_aerosol_in_air
it should be
mass_fraction_of_secondary_particulate_organic_matter_dry_aerosol_in_air
