[CF-metadata] curvilinear cartesian coordinates case?

Dear all

Russ noted his comments on the three proposals for the 2D projection
coordinates on the wiki at
http://cf-pcmdi.llnl.gov/trac/wiki/MultipleProjections
I have added my comments after Russ's, and in response to his I have added
an alternative version of my proposal.
