[CF-metadata] Proposed standard names for biological model outputs

To them canonical units biomass are kg/m3 (usually expressed as mg/m2 or ug/l). So, how about if we go with your initial suggestions and reserve the term 'biomass' for the inevitable future request?

Does that mean we use mole_concentration for mol m-3? I think that would be
good. I expect we would call something kg m-3 a mass_concentration; we have
existing stdnames of

mass_concentration_of_oxygen_in_sea_water
mass_concentration_of_sulfate_aerosol_in_air

for quantities in kg m-3.
