[CF-metadata] [CF Metadata] CF trac ticket summary update

Hello,

The summary of CF Metadata Trac tickets has been updated for the
9th October
 2018 (http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~david/cf_trac_summary.html). This page
is also linked from the CF home page (http://cfconventions.org/).


Currently:

6 tickets have
been accepted for CF-1.8
[green]
0
 tickets are in active discussion [yellow]
43 tickets are dormant [red]

Since
21st May 2018
one ticket has been accepted (#160
<https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/160>) and
one ticket have become dormant (
#99 <https://cf-trac.llnl.gov/trac/ticket/99>).
