[CF-metadata] mistake in xml list for standard names

Dear "CF-people",

There is a small error on
http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/cms/eaton/cf-metadata/standard_name.xml

surface_carbon_dioxide_mole_flux mol s-2 s-1

The surface called "surface" means the lower boundary of the atmosphere.
In accordance with common usage in geophysical disciplines, "flux"
implies per unit area, called "flux density" in physics.

The unit should probably be mol m-2 s-1.

Best regards,
Christiane
