[CF-metadata] speed_of_sound_in_air

Hello,
 
We have an anemometer on a buoy that outputs both the speed of sound in air and the measured speed of the air.
 
I see that there is a "speed_of_sound_in_sea_water" entry but no "speed_of_sound_in_air" entry in the standard name table. Could it be added?
