[CF-metadata] more proposed standard names

Hello,

sorry here're a few more proposed standard names I don't think there are any large problems with the first two. The last two depend on chemistry - I've taken the PRISM guidelines for names (http://www.knmi.nl/~velthove/PRISM/CF/guidelines_chemistry_1.2.htm) does anyone know what is the status of the PRISM guidelines are with respect to inclusion in the standard name table?

tendency_of_mass_fraction_of_cloud_liquid_water_in_air: s-1
tendency_of_mass_fraction_of_cloud_ice_in_air: s-1
mass_fraction_of_sulphur_dioxide_in_air:1
mass_fraction_of_dimethyl_sulphide_in_air:1
