[CF-metadata] Stereographic projection

That last email was a bit confusing.

I would boil my proposal down to using the "Stereographic" projection at

http://www.remotesensing.org/geotiff/proj_list/stereographic.html

instead of "Polar Stereographic" at

http://www.remotesensing.org/geotiff/proj_list/polar_stereographic.html

because the latter is a special case of the former.
