[CF-metadata] cartesian_x_coordinate

Dear All

For idealized studies with atmospheric models it would
be very useful to able to identify the horizontal
coordinates as normal cartesian coordinates not related
to longitude and latitude.

Would it be possible to add something like
cartesian_x_coordinate, cartesian_y_coordinate
to the standard name list.
