Description
- Forward requests to the old CF website to the new CF website, using a "301 Moved Permanently" HTTP status code.

Brian Eaton has configured the NCAR server to forward requests to PCMDI. The mailing list archives are still available at NCAR, sinc they are hosted on a separate server.
