Thanks to Magnus Hagdorn and John Evans, the translation of the CF Metadata 1.0 document to DocBook XML was already 90% complete. I incorporated the remainder of the document and customized the XSL stylesheets to make the document look nice in HTML and PDF. A simple makefile uses xsltproc to build the documents.

The Standard Name Table HTML is generated using an XSL stylesheet based on the original by Brian Eaton.

Both are now available on the ​Documents page.

The DocBook source and build scripts can be found in the Subversion repository.
